Holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Janice Xiao
Senior international trade executive with over two decades of experience in global import and export operations. Extensive experience supporting cross-border trade activities, including customs clearance, trade financing, insurance, logistics coordination, tax rebate structuring, international settlement, and trade compliance. Brings deep operational fluency in China’s trade execution environment, with a proven ability to navigate the institutional, regulatory, and commercial layers that determine whether cross-border transactions close on time and on terms.
